Referrals for Adult Autism and ADHD Assessments and Therapy
I provide virtual, neurodiversity-affirming Autism and ADHD assessments and therapy for adults throughout Washington State.
My practice is designed for late-identified, self-identified, and questioning adults, including people whose experiences were missed because they masked, internalized their difficulties, or did not match common stereotypes.
I welcome referrals from therapists, medical providers, prescribers, occupational therapists, coaches, and other professionals looking for thoughtful assessment or ongoing therapy support for an adult client.
Who may be a good fit
A referral may be appropriate for an adult who:
is exploring Autism, ADHD, or both
was missed in childhood or does not match common diagnostic stereotypes
appears capable from the outside but relies on masking, overcompensation, anxiety, or exhaustion to keep functioning
is experiencing burnout, sensory overwhelm, executive functioning difficulties, chronic self-doubt, or difficulty identifying and communicating their needs
wants a comprehensive assessment that considers overlapping and alternative explanations rather than evaluating one diagnosis in isolation
is looking for therapy that does not treat their neurotype as something to correct
is self-identified or questioning and wants support without being pressured to pursue formal diagnosis
Clients must be adults located in Washington State at the time services are provided.
Assessment or therapy?
Comprehensive Autism and ADHD assessment
Assessment may be the better fit when a client wants diagnostic clarity, formal documentation, accommodations, or a more complete understanding of overlapping concerns.
The $2,500 assessment includes the intake, clinical interviews, assessment measures, sensory profile, feedback session, and written report. Split payment is available. Reports are typically completed within three to four weeks of the intake appointment.

Ongoing therapy
Therapy may be the better fit when a client wants support with masking, burnout, sensory needs, executive functioning, identity, relationships, boundaries, or building a more sustainable way of functioning.
Initial sessions are $225 and ongoing sessions are $200. Therapy is private pay, with superbills available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What referring professionals can expect
My approach is collaborative, transparent, and grounded in the client’s lived experience alongside clinical data.
For assessment referrals, clients receive a clear explanation of the process, comprehensive evaluation, collaborative feedback, and a written report that summarizes findings and recommendations in practical language.
For therapy referrals, treatment is adapted to the client’s communication, sensory, processing, and support needs rather than expecting them to conform to a standard way of “doing therapy.”
With the client’s written authorization, I am available to coordinate with referring providers when collaboration would support continuity of care.
How to refer
Share this page or the consultation link with your client.
The client schedules a free consultation directly through the secure client portal.
During the consultation, we discuss what they are looking for, whether therapy or assessment is the better fit, and what next steps would involve.
If the client wants collaboration between providers, they can complete a written release of information after establishing services.
