Pricing & Policies

This page outlines fees, payment options, insurance information, and practice policies for therapy, assessments, neurotype exploration sessions, and sensory profiles.

Therapy Fees

Initial Therapy Intake

$225

The intake session includes additional time for clinical assessment, history gathering, and understanding what brings you to therapy so we can begin thoughtfully and collaboratively.

Ongoing Therapy Sessions

$200 per session

Reduced-Fee Therapy

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee therapy spots for those with financial need.

Availability is limited, and you are welcome to inquire about current openings.

Therapy Frequency

Therapy sessions are typically scheduled weekly for at least the first six months of our work together.

For many neurodivergent adults, consistency supports trust, momentum, emotional safety, and meaningful progress. Weekly sessions also allow us to better understand patterns related to burnout, masking, sensory overwhelm, relationships, nervous system regulation, and day-to-day functioning over time.

After this initial period, we may decide together whether biweekly sessions are appropriate.

For long-term clients who feel they have met their primary goals and want continued support, occasional maintenance sessions may also be considered depending on availability.

Assessment Policies

Is a Deposit Required?

Yes.

Assessment involves significant preparation time, review, scoring, clinical analysis, and report writing. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve assessment appointments.

The deposit is applied toward the total assessment fee.

If you choose to pay the full assessment fee at scheduling, $500 of that payment is considered the non-refundable deposit.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for services already rendered.

Incomplete Payments

Incomplete payments may result in cancellation of scheduled appointments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Therapy Appointments

Therapy appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge when at least 48 hours' notice is provided.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

Assessment Appointments

Assessment appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge when at least 48 hours' notice is provided.

Because assessment appointments require significant preparation, scheduling coordination, review of assessment materials, scoring, clinical analysis, and report-writing time, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full appointment fee for that portion of the evaluation process.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the appointment length or reduce the associated fee.

Missed appointment and late cancellation fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
